BUTTERMILK PIE (not mine)

i made one at Thanksgiving and i did it with Splenda (bad idea) unless u really r a severe brittle diabetic...

so i made another one yesterday. i followed the recipe exactly.. .. and well, It tastes great but it is more of a buttermilk thick pudding opposed to a Pie consistency!
